Lead Generation



A Lead Generation Representative’s daily tasks will involve:
  • Lead generation/outbound cold calling and inbound lead follow up
  • Set appointments with qualified prospects for field sales team
  • Research, develop, and validate target lead lists
  • Work with marketing and field sales teams to identify prospects
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential prospects to work them into a qualified lead
  • Conduct initial lead qualification
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company's solution offerings
  • Document and track all activities using Salesforce.com in real time
  • Participate in marketing, sales planning and status meetings
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Experienced lead generation/sales work in all industries
  • Throughout the Globe & enterprise sales preferred
  • Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
  • Experience leveraging social media for prospect identification and development
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Web-based presentation experience mandatory
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and willing to share best practices to enhance their fellow sales representative's ability to be successful.
